Analytics

Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard gives you a project-level view of interview activity, sentiment, and recurring themes.

Accessing the Dashboard#

Open a project and select Analytics from the project navigation.

Advanced analytics, including sentiment and keyword analysis, are available during the trial and on paid plans.

Main Sections#

Activity Metrics#

The Activity section shows all-time engagement metrics for the project:

  • Opened: Respondents who loaded the interview page
  • Started: Respondents who sent at least one message
  • Completed: Interviews that finished with a generated summary
  • Completion Rate: Completed conversations divided by started plus completed conversations
  • Country Distribution: World map based on respondent IP geolocation when available

Sentiment Analysis#

The Sentiment section focuses on completed conversations with generated summaries.

It includes:

  • Overall sentiment distribution
  • Sentiment trend over time for the selected period
  • Comparison with the previous period when comparison data exists

Keyword Analysis#

Keyword analysis surfaces themes extracted from completed response summaries:

  • Positive keywords: Topics associated with positive feedback
  • Negative keywords: Pain points and areas of frustration
  • Counts: How often each theme appears in the selected period

Date Filtering#

The dashboard date filter applies to sentiment and keyword analytics.

Quick presets:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days

You can also select a custom date range.

Activity metrics are all-time project metrics and are not filtered by the analytics date range.

What You Can Learn#

  • How many respondents open, start, and complete interviews
  • Whether completed-response sentiment is improving or declining
  • Which positive and negative themes appear most often
  • Which countries respondents are coming from
  • Which issues deserve closer review in the Responses page

Use analytics to spot patterns, then open individual responses to understand the exact customer language behind those patterns.
