Organization Settings

Organization Settings allow you to configure your workspace identity and manage critical organization-level configurations.

Accessing Organization Settings#

Navigate to Organization Settings from the sidebar in your dashboard.

Organization Name#

Your organization name represents your company or workspace and is displayed throughout the dashboard. This is the primary identifier for your workspace and is visible to all team members.

You can update your organization name at any time from the Organization Settings page.

Subdomain#

Your subdomain is a custom prefix that determines the URL structure for all your interview links. For example, if your subdomain is acme, your interview links will be formatted as acme.diaform.io/c/[interview-id].

• Set during onboarding: You choose your subdomain when first creating your organization
• Can be changed: Update your subdomain later in Organization Settings if needed
• Must be unique: Each subdomain must be unique across all Diaform organizations

Changing your subdomain will update all future interview links, but existing shared links will continue to work.

Permissions#

Only the organization owner can access and modify Organization Settings. Team members with the Member role do not have access to these settings.

Danger Zone#

The delete organization option is available at the bottom of the Organization Settings page. Use this with extreme caution, as there is no way to recover your data after deletion.
