Head to diaform.io and sign up using your email. Diaform uses magic link authentication—no passwords to remember. Just click the link sent to your inbox to verify your account.

After signing in, you'll be prompted to create your organization. This is your workspace where you'll manage projects and team members.

• Organization Name: Your company or team name (e.g., "Acme Inc")
• Subdomain: Choose a unique subdomain for your interview links (e.g., acme.diaform.io)

Your subdomain will be used in all interview links, making them branded and easy to recognize.

A project is an AI interviewer configured for a specific product or use case. Give it a clear name and select your preferred language.

• Project Name: What product or service is this interview about? (e.g., "Mobile App Feedback")
• Language: Choose the language for your interviews (supports multiple languages)

Click "Create Project" to continue.

Now it's time to define what you want to learn. Diaform offers six pre-built question templates to help you get started quickly:

• Customer Satisfaction: Measure satisfaction and understand user sentiment
• Churn Exit Interview: Learn why customers are leaving
• Post-Purchase Feedback: Capture impressions right after purchase
• Product Discovery: Explore user needs and validate ideas
• Onboarding Feedback: Identify friction in your onboarding flow
• Custom: Start from scratch with your own questions

Select a template or choose "Custom" to write your own questions. You can always edit, add, or remove questions later.

For each question, you can set the probing intensity:

• Low: Up to 2 follow-up questions
• Medium: Up to 5 follow-up questions
• High: Up to 10 follow-up questions (for deep exploration)

Before sharing with real respondents, test the interview yourself. Click "Try It Yourself" to experience the conversation as a respondent would.

This preview lets you:

• See how the AI asks questions and follows up
• Test the flow and timing
• Make adjustments before going live

Once you're happy with your interview, it's time to share it with respondents. Your unique interview link follows this format:

yourcompany.diaform.io/c/projectId

You can share this link in multiple ways:

• Direct link: Copy and paste into emails, Slack, or anywhere else
• QR code: Display on physical materials, receipts, or event signage
• Embed: Add to your website or app (coming soon)
