Free Trial
Every new Diaform account starts with a 14-day free trial that gives you full access to Starter-level features. No credit card required.
What You Get#
During your 14-day trial you have access to all starter+ Starter features:
- 150 conversations/month
- 2 projects
- 10 questions per conversation (with unlimited follow-ups)
- 30k knowledge base tokens
- 2 automations per project
- 3 webhooks
- Advanced analytics (sentiment analysis, keyword tracking)
- Custom subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.diaform.io)
How the Trial Starts#
The 14-day trial starts automatically when you create your organization. No credit card is required to begin your trial.
As soon as you complete the onboarding process and create your organization, your trial begins. You can start using all Starter-level features immediately.
Trial Countdown#
A banner in your dashboard shows how many days remain in your trial period. This helps you keep track of when your trial will end.
What Happens When the Trial Ends#
When your 14-day trial expires and you haven't upgraded to a paid plan:
- Your questions per conversation limit is reduced from 10 to 6
- Everything else stays the same — you keep 150 conversations/month, 2 projects, 30k knowledge tokens, 2 automations, advanced analytics, and your custom subdomain
Your data is never deleted. All your projects, responses, and configurations remain intact. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to restore the full question limit and unlock higher-tier features.
How to Upgrade#
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time — during or after the trial:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Select your desired plan (Starter, Pro, or Business)
- Complete the checkout process
If you upgrade during your trial period, you'll keep uninterrupted access to paid features without any downtime.
After the Trial#
If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, you can continue using Diaform indefinitely with the reduced question limit. Upgrade to any paid plan whenever you're ready from Settings → Billing.
