14-Day Free Trial#
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial that starts automatically when you create your organization. During the trial you get full access to Starter-level features including 150 conversations, 10 questions per conversation, and advanced analytics.
After the trial ends, if you don't upgrade to a paid plan, your questions per conversation limit is reduced from 10 to 6. Everything else remains the same — you keep 150 conversations/month, 2 projects, 30k knowledge tokens, advanced analytics, and 2 automations.
You can upgrade to any paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing — both during and after the trial.
Annual Billing Savings#
Annual billing saves 17–21% compared to monthly billing:
